Evening and Weekends Care Assistant Job Vacancy in the Rossendale area.

Who will I support?
You will be carefully matched and introduced to the person you will be supporting, and you will share a great relationship together. Your visits will never be rushed, and they are never less than an hour, meaning you spend quality time with the person we match you with. Because you get to know one another well, the care that you would provide is never awkward, just natural.
As a Care Professional, the Care & Support an individual requires varies greatly, after all everyone is unique! All our clients vary from being very independent, to some that need much more care and support.

Bacup | Stacksteads | Weir | Waterfoot | Whitewell Bottom | Water | Rawtenstall | Townsend Fold | Crawshawbooth | Loveclough
You will be assisting clients with the following services:
- Personal care, help with washing dressing, bathing
- Home help, cleaning or shopping
- Companionship either within the home or assisting clients to access the community
We are looking to recruit Care Professionals from the Rossendale area and have a variety of working patterns available.
Qualifications
Previous experience or particular qualifications arenot required to become a Care Professional with Home Instead, as full training and support are provided. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.
To be successful you must:
- Have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
- Be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
- Enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
A valid UK driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is necessary due to the location in which some of our clients live.
Additional Information
As a Care Professional, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay starting from £11 per hour as well as paid mileage and travel time.
