Job Description
Home Instead Warwick are seeking Domiciliary Care Professionals to join our team supportingLeamington and the surrounding areas
- · Earn £13.50-£14.50 per hour
- . Double pay bank holidays rates up to £27 per hour
- · Alternate weekends
- · Drivers required due to rural location of clients - 0.33p per mile
- · Paid Induction and training
- · Career development up to NVQ level 5
As a Care Professional, you'll be enabling people to stay in their own home in a safe, clean environment so that they can still enjoy their favourite activities and feel comfortable in their surroundings. All our visits are a minimum of an hour for our clients, meaning no two care visits are the same, and all our clients are different!
Some things you might do during a care visit include:
- Helping your clients with shopping
- Cooking delicious healthy meals
- Personal care - supporting them with shower, dressing or even brushing their hair
- Companionship. Some clients want company, so that they can still enjoy their favourite past times and don't have to do them on their own.
Qualifications
· No experience is necessary, just a passion to work with people.
· Role Subject to a clean enhanced DBS check
