With minimum visits of two hours, we are immensely proud of the care we provide. We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and to enable us to provide personalised support. Our aim is to enable our clients to remain independent in their own homes.
Our Care Professionals deliver a range of one to one, companionship services to people in their own homes. Duties can include, light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, medication reminders, shopping/errands. We also offer support in the community, such as outings, activities and escorts to appointments. All our services are personalised to clients’ needs, wishes and preferences and we carefully match our Care Professionals to Clients, taking these into account.
Care Professionals are employed to undertake a minimum of 16 hours a week, however we can be flexible. In return we ask our Care Professionals to be adaptable and meet the clients needs which may include weekends and occasional evening work.
Perhaps you have cared for a family member or had some voluntary experience, you will need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will also need to be reliable, trustworthy and respectful, building relationships with your clients. As mentioned full paid training is provided prior to any visits to our clients.

No specific qualifications are required for this role. Full Paid Training will be provided.
