We are currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated and experienced Removals Driver/Porter. If you're motivated, physically fit, and passionate about helping customers, we would love to hear from you!
The Role:
As a Removals Driver/Porter, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving a 3.5t Luton van for local and long-distance moves
- Loading and unloading goods with care and efficiency
- Packing customers' belongings, including boxes, wardrobe boxes, single use plastic covers, and furniture protection
- Ensuring floor coverings, door stops, and protective equipment are used on each move
- Maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle, including regular vehicle checks paperwork
- Leading a small team of porters and coordinating the smooth running of each move
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

What We’re Looking For:
- A full UK driving licence (maximum of 3 points)
- At least 2 years of delivery driving experience (removals or similar field preferred)
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience as a crew leader or team leader is a plus
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for customers

- Location: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bournemouth
