Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your role will include:

Assisting children with their daily routines, including getting ready for school and after-school activities.

Supporting attendance at school and participation in extracurricular clubs.

Helping with food shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering emotional well-being.

Engaging children in recreational and social activities to promote their development.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:

Compassionate, patient, and understanding of children with behavioural needs.

Reliable and able to work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins.

Strong communicators and able to work as part of a team.

Experienced in similar roles (preferred but not essential, as training will be provided).
