What you’ll be doing:

· Helping customers choose the right ski equipment for their needs

· Analysing customer’s feet and fitting the right boots for them

· Customising ski boots and making footbeds to get the perfect fit representing Ellis Brigham and sharing your passion for skiing with customers

· Maintaining the store so it is easy and enjoyable for customers to shop

· Carrying out store operations with care and accuracy

Who you are:

· You’ve got to enjoy skiing to do this job!

· Experience is preferable but enthusiasm is essential

· You enjoy problem solving

· You are able to listen and interpret customer’s needs

· You are able to effectively communicate what products you recommend to customers and why

· You enjoy working in a team of like-minded individuals

· You like being busy

· And, finally, you are committed to delivering excellent customer service, every time
