Executive Assistant
Must live within commutable distance to Farnborough
£30k-£35k per annum (DOE)
Part time hybrid role Monday to Friday 9am-3pm with office presence required 2-3 days per week.
Weekly Travel to London and occasional travel to Reading
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.
Objectives for an Executive assistant:
Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
Maintain and refine internal processes that support senior executives company wide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite work flows
Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external contacts on various projects and tasks
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that the senior teams priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant:
Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, reports, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior team.
Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodation, transportation, and meals
Provide administrative and office support, including ensuring office spaces remain well presented and organised
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
Required skills and qualifications:
Four plus years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
Experience based in a sales / recruitment environment would be desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident creating creative sales support pieces
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects
Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
