Job Title: Weekend Domiciliary Care Assistant Location: Solihull & Surrounding Areas Pay/Salary: £13.55 - £13.80 p/hr + mileage Hours of Work: Weekend availability required from 7 AM to 10 PM on Saturdays and Sundays Training: Full training provided Job Description: Join Bright Dawn Home Care as a Weekend Domiciliary Care Assistant and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients! You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes during the weekends. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Supporting daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
Promoting client independence and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations. Qualities We're Looking For:
Compassion and empathy towards others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Essential Requirements:
Current UK Driving License and your own vehicle.
Right to work in the UK.
Good standard of oral and written communication skills.
Must be available to work on weekends, specifically from 7 AM to 10 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. (While specific shift times may vary, it is essential that applicants are generally available for early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts on weekends.)
