We are currently seeking 2 x part-time Receptionists with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our very busy Triangle Dental Clinic based in Kingston, Surrey. This is a well established practice with 6 surgeries offering NHS and private services, including clear braces and implants. We are close to the station, with a bus stop just outside and also free parking around the practice.

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:45 - 18:15
Ideally we are looking for 2 x receptionists to work 2 or 3 days, full-time applications will also be considered!
You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
The main duties will include:
- Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
- Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
- Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
- Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
- Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
