We are looking for an IT Department Administrator to join our IT Team. The IT team play an integral role to support staff in their delivery of our much needed services. You will be working closely with all staff by troubleshooting their issues, assisting in maintaining data integrity of the database system, along with a variety of other tasks including managing and maintaining user accounts and equipment. This could be an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their IT career.
The IT team are responsible for supporting all staff with their technical needs. IT work closely with all services within the organisation to enable them to support older people and carers living in Oxfordshire.
The IT Department Administrator will work alongside the team to deliver an efficient service and support any IT implementation. The charity predominantly work with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and Windows 10.
The IT team aim to promote a culture of education over intervention with the purpose of empowering our users to utilise the equipment provided to a greater potential, enabling staff to spend more time on their work than with IT problems.
Main duties will include;

- Regular maintenance and documentationMaintain the asset register and track equipment assignments.Ensure regular updates of software and manage device updates.Assist in maintaining accurate records in the IT ticketing system.Create and maintain user guides and documentation for staff processes.
Hours Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary £12.15 - £13.00
- 20-28 hours per week.
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 6 weeks after 5 years’ service
