As part of our team you will play a crucial role in enabling our customers to get the best kit for their adventures.
What you’ll be doing:
-Representing Ellis Brigham and helping to inspire customers to enjoy the outdoors in the best kit for their adventures.
-Greeting customers and creating an open and friendly environment in our stores to ensure everyone feels welcome.
-Working with the whole store team to deliver outstanding customer service
-Helping customers select the best products for their needs – from walking their dog in the UK to climbing the world’s biggest mountains.
-Continuously developing your knowledge and expertise around our products and sports
-Completing store tasks and operations with care and accuracy to establish a seamless performance.
Who you are:
-You have great communication skills and can easily interact with a diverse mix of people.
-You may have worked in previous customer facing roles or can demonstrate your ability to engage with customers.
-You are honest, hardworking and take pride in what you do.
-You are willing to learn
-You are comfortable working in a team and taking direction
-You are fluent in English - other languages are a plus.
-You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays when necessary.

This is a Christmas Temp position, therefore is expected that you are available to work over the holidays period.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
