Carer Support Worker - Mental Health
Hours: 12 hours
Salary: £23,400 Full Time Equivalent
Location: Kirklees (home-based and community based)
The purpose of this post is to provide carer support for unpaid carers in Kirklees and the people they care for. Carers Count Mental Health Service is a commissioned service offering carer support in North and South Kirklees. We are commissioned by Kirklees Council and the local NHS Clinical Commissioning Group. This role will include working with of people of all ages, people with dementia, people with learning disabilities, autistic people, people with physical and sensory impairment, people with an acquired brain injury and those with mental health needs.
