The Hospital at Home team require a Co-ordinator & Receptionist to support our expanding service. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to provide comprehensive, proficient and efficient administrative and reception support working with various clinical and non-clinical teams within the department.
The post holder must have the ability to undertake work using own initiative, be well organised, but flexible in their approach to this varied role.
Provide a high standard of receptionist and administrative support, to include appointment scheduling, filing, delivery sorting, photocopying and record keeping;
Be courteous and professional when dealing with patients, relatives, colleagues and other service users, adhering to Trust guidelines and standards;
Ensure that patients are correctly identified and booked in for their appointments;
Check that patient information such as address and general practitioner details are accurate and up-to-date and make any necessary alterations to the patient’s health record and Electronic Patient Record (EPR);
Record the patients’ attendance at clinic, ensuring that data relating to treatment input and relevant data are accurately recorded on the Trust’s system (Millennium, Hospital at Home tracker);
