Stores Assistant | Private Hospital | £22386 PA FTE | Part time - 22.5 hours / 12 month Fixed term | Nottingham
Spire Nottingham are recruiting for a Stores Assistant to join their Stores team on a part time basis.
Spire Nottingham Hospital is a state-of-the-art private hospital. We offer consultations with specialists in a wide range of treatments, supported by advanced imaging and diagnostic technology.
Duties And Responsibilities
To co-ordinate and control the supply of all stock and supplies to the hospital departments ensuring the timely delivery, accurate and efficient processes achieving company KPI measures. Ensuring stock levels are adequate for the business department and reviewed regularly for opportunities. Liaising with both the National Distribution Centre (NDC) and external suppliers as required
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work without supervision
- IT literate and a competent user of the MS Office suite of products
- High degree of accuracy and a methodical approach to workload
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally
- Awareness and understanding of Health & Safety at Work and COSHH
Working Hours: You will work on a rota basis - 3 x 7.5 hour days between the hours of 07.00 – 17.00, Mon – Fri – with the quarterly stocktakes on a Saturday
Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract
