In return for the above, we can offer administration staff:
- A full induction programme supported by the administration team
- A designated mentor from one of our experienced administrators
- A development programme with opportunities to develop new skills using our clinical information system and procurement system.
The post holder will need to be highly motivated, flexible and possess good organisational skills, plus be able to demonstrate good typing and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate would benefit from having previous experience of working in a busy and challenging office environment. The post holder will be supported to thrive in a busy, varied and professional working environment.
