Job Description: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable kitchen porter to support the kitchen staff. As a kitchen porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and ready for use.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and equipment
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
Ensure proper storage and organization of kitchen supplies
Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items
Must have Food Safety Level 2
