How you'll help us make health happen.
To deliver comprehensive, person-centred care and support to individuals of all ages across various settings. To operate independently under the guidance of registered nurses, adhering to their nationally recognised code of conduct and Standards of Proficiency for Nursing Associates. To collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, taking responsibility for the care provided within the Outpatient department, particularly in an Orthopaedic clinic setting. To communicate effectively with sensitivity and compassion, managing relationships and making necessary adjustments. To work flexibly to meet the service's needs.
Key Skills / Qualifications
- Nursing Associate NMC Registration (essential)
- Previous Associate experience
- Experience in risk assessment.
- Outpatient experience (Desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of codes and guidelines (NMC)
