The College is seeking to appoint an Intervention Assistant who can bring motivation, energy and the ability to inspire students. You will play a vital role in supporting teachers in a classroom setting or working with individuals and/or providing group support.
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual with a “hands on” approach who is creative, imaginative and is able to work as part of a team. The College will consider applications from candidates looking for a part time working week but it is essential that candidates can commit to working from 8.30am to 3.15pm on any of these days (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) but essential to be available on a Tuesday from 8.30am to 4.00pm (to attend weekly CPD/training sessions) Experience is not necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate.
