£25,000 salary (pro rata)
This role offers a mixture of admin and customer service and will suit a bright and active individual who enjoys being part of a friendly team. There will be the possibility to progress into other areas as the company expands over the next few years.
Job description:

Meeting and greeting customers in the Front Office.

Answering customer quote e-mail enquiries for repair work.

Answering general enquiries by phone.

Booking in products into the company ticketing system
-
Processing work to the carbon and restoration teams.

Preparing products for return shipping.

Moving products to different departments and shipping boxes.
Person specifications:
-
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills is essential.
-
Experience of office or light industrial work.
-
Ability to be articulate and unflustered in front of customers.
-
Sound numeracy and literacy skills.
-
Competent with computers, e mail, spreadsheets, images etc (Microsoft Office and Email).

Punctuality and attention to detail.
-
Knowledge and or interest in Social Media projects for Company promotion would be ideal but not required.
