Support Worker - with your own car and ability to drive a large wheel chair accessible vehicle.
Basic pay £12.44 plus paid holiday and mileage
Hours of Work: 18 contracted hours per week. Work will be on a flexible rota system, you will be on call to cover the service for 3 days between Monday to Saturday working an early or late shift between 08.00am and 08.00pm and an occasional Sunday for a 10.00-6.00pm shift.
JOB PURPOSE: Take clients home from MK University hospital in your own car or our large wheel-chair accessible vehicle; settling them in and assessing their need for any further referrals for assistance. To provide short term domestic and social support services within a client’s home. You will need to live in or close to Milton Keynes.
