As a member of our Front of House Team, you'll play a vital role in the overall success of our coffee shop. You'll be responsible for greeting our guests as well as helping to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers. We're looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service and is dedicated to working in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective customer service in a restaurant setting.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas.
- Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with health, safety, and food preparation guidelines.
- Handling customer enquiries effectively and professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for local store management.
- Supervise staff during the shift.
