Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar area. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and assistance with their beverage choices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing cash effectively.
- A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- A willingness to learn bartending techniques and enhance your skills within the role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
