Our clients are looking for people with great character and integrity to join their team. As an Event Porters, you will play a big part in building the best events .
No experience? No worries! We provide pre-employment training as well as ongoing training to support your development within the role!
Duties:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
Maintain a clean and organised store environment
Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Understanding and willingness to provide exceptional service
Fluency in English is required, additional languages are always a plus
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
Sales skills is a nice to have but not essential
Requirements:
Great communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
A lot of personality!
GCSE Grade A-C/9-4 Maths and English or equivalent
