Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Beauty Therapist with experience in laser hair removal and with experience in Sales to join our team. This unique role combines hands-on beauty therapy with managerial responsibilities and front of the house role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong background in customer service. This role blends providing high-quality beauty treatments by actively promoting our clinic on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be creative in content creation and adapt at engaging with an online audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Beauty Therapy:
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, Hydra-facial, RF Microneedling, chemical peel, microneedling, laser hair removal treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Provide consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Sales and Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and follow-up appointments.
- Manage the clinic’s scheduling system and ensure optimal appointment flow.
- Process payments and manage financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate client records and confidentiality.
Social Media and Clinic Management:
- Manage the clinic's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and stories, showcasing treatments, products, and client transformations.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote clinic services and special offers.
- Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reviews.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
- Oversee clinic daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate staff schedules and handle any staffing issues.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3/4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a beauty therapist role, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and point-of-sale software.
- A friendly, professional, and polished appearance.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.
