Job Summary
We are seeking a charismatic and engaging individual to embody the spirit of Santa Claus during the festive season. The ideal candidate will bring joy and magic to children and families, creating memorable experiences through interactive storytelling, festive cheer, and a warm presence. This role requires a passion for spreading happiness and an ability to connect with audiences of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Portray Santa Claus at various events that we hold in the restaurant but the main event will be our breakfast with santa that we run through december.
- Engage with children and families, listening to their wishes and sharing stories about the North Pole.
- Educate attendees about holiday traditions and the importance of kindness and giving.
- Communicate effectively with parents and event organisers to ensure a smooth experience.
- Participate in festive activities such as parades or community events, showcasing dance skills when appropriate.
- Maintain the authenticity of the Santa character through appropriate attire and behaviour.
- Uphold a positive image of Santa Claus, promoting joy and goodwill throughout the holiday season.
Experience
- Previous experience in performance arts, public speaking, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Skills in dance or other forms of entertainment are considered an asset.
- A background in education or child engagement is beneficial for effectively communicating with young audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with diverse groups of people.

A DBS check willl need to be completed before the start date

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
