You’ll help us make health happen by:
Leading your team, you will oversee all day-to-day activity in your
designated unit or floor within the home, including maintaining accurate
records for each of our residents, assessing and reacting to the needs of
our residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest standards of
care.
You will take responsibility for assessing the clinical, physical, mental and
social needs of our residents, whilst at the same time building excellent
personal relationships with both them and their families.
Creating and developing strong links with local professional bodies, you
will play a significant role in raising the care home's profile within the
community.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Experienced NVQ Level 5 qualified Care Assistant, or Senior Carer with
medication experience.
Experience of leading a team desirable
