Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: Richmond Village Letcombe Regis, South Street, Letcombe Regis, Oxfordshire, OX12 9RG
Salary range: £28,000 per annum (OTE £45,000) with paid breaks plus excellent Bupa benefits
Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Full time, 40 hours per week across 09:00-17:00 Monday - Friday, with some flexibility required for weekend working

Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Advisor, where your personable and empathetic approach will drive the promotion of Richmond's products and services. Your goal will be to meet achievable targets while consistently leaving a lasting, positive, and professional impression on our prospective residents and their families.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Manage sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy of the care home, assisted living and independent living, as well as Richmond Retreat bookings
- Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or the Village Manager
- Host client visits and follow up calls, identifying key referral groups
- Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function
- Develop and maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the Village
- Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet or exceed targets
- Deal with all relevant admin such as effective budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports
- Above all, you’ll show courtesy and respect to residents and relatives at all times.
