WHAT WE OFFER
- The Start Date of employment will be: 3rd November 2024
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.15 per hour.
- 24 Hours working 4 days per week includes 3 out of 4 weekends per month.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- You have a pro-active approach to waste management and sustainability, love multi-tasking, and a passion for giving things a new life.
- You have a strong attention to detail and prioritise quality for the customer.
- You are motivated to problem solve and use your own initiative daily. You are passionate about being collaborative with others but also can work independently.
- You prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Build IKEA furniture to enhance departmental and store displays.
- Re-purpose, present and sell IKEA products with pride to create the best customer experience and results for the business.
- Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that the product quality of displayed furniture is maintained, and use your initiative to intervene when necessary.
- Support, execute and follow the product quality guidelines for recalled, returned and ex-display stock, to constantly improve customers’ perception of our IKEA products.
