What you’ll be doing:
- Helping customers select the best products for their needs – from Ski clothing to Helmets ,Goggles & Gloves.
- Continuously developing your knowledge and expertise around our products and sports to ensure you have the best skills possible.
- Creating an open and friendly environment in our stores to ensure everyone feels welcome.
- Working with the whole store team to deliver outstanding customer service and reach the store targets.
- Maintaining standards of the store so it is easy and enjoyable for customers to shop
- Carrying out store operations with care and accuracy
Who you are:
· You enjoy skiing, snowboarding or enjoy working with clothing
· Experience is preferable but enthusiasm is essential
· You enjoy problem solving
· You are able to listen and interpret customer’s needs
· You are able to effectively communicate what products you recommend to customers and why
· You enjoy working in a team of like-minded individuals
· You like being busy!
· And, finally, you are committed to delivering excellent customer service, every time
