London Medical is a specialist outpatient clinic located in London’s renowned medical district Harley Street and is now a part of Bupa Health Services. How you’ll help us make health happen:
The role involves managing the cardiology customer journey at the clinic, ensuring smooth interactions with Consultants, Nursing, and Administration staff. Responsibilities include addressing any customer issues, maintaining an optimal environment in Cardiology areas, and liaising with other partner hospitals to ensure timely information for consultations. The role also involves updating clinic lists, creating patient files, measuring basic clinical observations, taking blood, producing, and interpreting ECG recordings, setting up Holter and ambulatory blood pressure monitors, recording results, and maintaining equipment. Additionally, the role requires proactive tracking of customer journeys and ensuring all clinical work is handled within an agreed failsafe system.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Trained Health Advisor with at least 6 months’ experience
- Phlebotomy experience
- The ability to interpret ECGs is desirable but not essential
- An interest in, or experience of, working in a cardiology related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task
