Permanent / 37.5 hours per week / Full time

London Medical is a specialist outpatient clinic located in London’s renowned medical district Harley Street and is now a part of Bupa Health Services. Our diabetes and specialist services offer customers fast access to diagnosis, treatment, and support when they need it, as well as onward pathways to high quality care at Bupa’s Cromwell Hospital.
What you’ll do:
This role involves driving and improving the operational and administrative performance of all service lines, working closely with key stakeholders including Centre leadership, team members, Consultants, GPs, and Allied Health Professionals.
You will develop and implement effective finance systems for delivered services and support the Centre Manager in delivering a range of services efficiently and in accordance with policy and procedure.
The postholder will be responsible for a newly acquired outpatient and diagnostic centre, providing comprehensive healthcare services including primary and secondary care.

What you’ll bring
- Evidence of management / leadership training (essential)
- Experienced people manager (Motivate & Engage) (essential)
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Previous experience in a leadership position.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- IT skills including proficient on Microsoft Office systems.
