*Job Summary*
We are seeking a Care Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative functions for our residents.
*Duties*
- Keeping staff records up to date
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and billing
- keeping financial records for residents up to date
- liaising with families for resident personal bugets and spending
- booking training for staff
- keeping the staff training records up to date and booking training
- answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
- liaising with staff and home manager regarding day to day running of the home
- liaising with our head office and accounts team
*Skills*
- Proficient in Google Suite for documentation and communication
- proficient with Excel spreadsheets and other icrosoft products
- Excellent typing skills for data entry tasks
- Ability to computerise processes for efficiency
- Strong phone etiquette when communicating with incoming/out-going calls
- Experience in office, administrative, and clerical duties
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
