**Job Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. The Care Assistant will provide essential support to residents in a care home setting, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. **Responsibilities:** - Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting - Support residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises - Follow care plans and report any changes in residents' health or behavior - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents - Help with meal preparation and feeding if necessary - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals **Experience:** - Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred - Ability to communicate effectively in English - Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes - A valid driver's license is beneficial for transportation needs Joining our team as a Care Assistant offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
