Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bartending and a commitment to food safety and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Monitor guest consumption levels to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with licensing laws.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels, including ordering supplies as necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Uphold food safety standards by adhering to hygiene practices in food handling and preparation.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
Effective time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
Bartending skills, including knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, would be advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
