Clayhall Group Practice is a forward, dynamic practice with 2 branches and reaching 11,000 patient list size. We are part of the Wanstead and Woodford PCN with 11 other practices.

We are looking for a experienced administrator with previous hospital or GP practice experience to take on an administrator role at the main branch. The role will be assisting the Practice Manager with a wide range of duties like QOF management, rotas, private work, patient care etc

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who can work 3 days a week dealing with a wide range of tasks under the supervision of the manager. These duties can vary depending on the need of the practice but can include completing tasks, dealing with patient queries, also covering reception during staff sickness/holiday, liaising private work with the GP, medicines management, involving in audits, rota management, complaint management.

This role is a good progression for someone who is looking to become an Assistant or Reception Manager in future.

We are looking for someone who knows EMIS Web clinical software and has worked in the NHS. Candidates without this experience may not be considered for this role.
