We are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly team here at Adelaide Medical in Andover. The NHS GP Practice has recently undergone significant change in leadership, premises improvements, patient services and staff empowerment. The practice ethos is to support staff training and development working on ‘investor in people’ basic principles.

What’s on offer:

The main duties of the role includes:

· Manning front desk reception queries and checking in patients

· Manning incoming telephone lines for queries and appointment bookings

· Processing Prescriptions

· Supporting the clinical team with admin tasks

· Registrations

We are looking for:

· Friendly team player

· Professional and polite customer care skills

· Good communication skills

· Confident with IT

· Good medical terminology is desirable but not essential

· NHS experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided
